Our current lead times for all of our products are 12-14 business days. Processing time will take 3-5 business days and delivery will take 5-10 business days. Lead times include processing and shipping times. For more information on shipping and delivery times, please visit our Shipping page. Custom lighting will have an extended lead time. Contact for more information on custom items.

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, allowing you to track the status of your package until it reaches your doorstep. Check out our Order Tracking page where you’ll be able to track your order live. 

All orders are eligible for a return within 20 days of delivery. All items must be unused and it’s original 
box with all parts included in order to receive a refund. Exchanges also must be completed within 20 days. 
All refunds will go back to the ORIGINAL form of payment unless the customer prefers a store credit.

We offer standard shipping within the country, and for some regions, we may offer expedited or express delivery for an extra cost. For express orders, please fill out the form in our Contact page for assistance. 

Once an order ships, we cannot change the delivery address. If your order has not shipped, please reach out to us by filling out the form on our Contact page to verify if it can be changed. Mint Bliss Decor is not responsible for lost packages due to insuffieienct addresses entered during checkout.

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. If an order has been shipped it can no longer be canceled. Contact our customer support team as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team immediately, and we will arrange a replacement or return based on the situation.


Not completely satisfied with your order? No worries! You can always return it within 20 days of receiving the order, as long as it is in its original packaging. To initiate the return process, simply visit our Returns page, and we’ll be happy to assist you further. By meeting these conditions, you can request a full refund (minus the return shipping fee), and rest assured that your satisfaction is our top priority.

During the checkout process, you have the option to apply valid discount codes, enabling you to take advantage of special offers and promotions. You may only use ONE coupon per order. Coupons cannot be combined with any other sale, or trade discount.

We currently do not provide installation services, but our products are designed for easy installation. However, we do recommend hiring a professional to do the installation.
