Once an order has been placed and shipped, we cannot change the address of the order. Please verify that all information is correct before processing the order. Mint Bliss Decor is not held responsible for non delivery due to insufficient addresses. 

Estimated Shipping Times:

Please note: Although orders typically arrive sooner than time shown, shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delivery times are subject to change due to weather, holidays and other external factors. This does not include processing time. Every order has a 3-4 business day processing time.

If you need faster shipping, contact us directly for an estimate and any extra accommodations.

We are not responsible for any lost orders stolen from front steps. Please include in the notes during checkout if you need signature confirmation.

If you have any issues with your order not being delivered even if the tracking shows it has been delivered, please contact the carrier directly for exact updates and to file a claim. We are not held responsible for any orders where tracking shows successful delivery to your address.

Customs is a tax determined directly from the customs authority in your country based on product type, value, and weight specifications. All duty, customs, and tariffs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once paid your order will be ready for pickup or ready for delivery. Please contact the carrier directly for instructions.
